1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at winnieborn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
2. Refunds
Refund Process
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Conditions for Refunds
- If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
3. Exchanges
